The Coal Shed London, One Tower Bridge, London SE1 2SE
The Coal Shed London is a steak and fish restaurant located in Crown Square; the centre of the new One Tower Bridge development. They are a growing brand, having two sister restaurants, both located in Brighton.
This client came to FWP UK in need of the design and installation of chilled water (CHW) and low-temperature hot water (LTHW) air conditioning, kitchen cookline canopies which included fresh air and extract ventilation, odour control with carbon filters, ESP and UVO. The Coal Shed also required air curtains installing.
